The Poetry

The poetry I write and perform comes from what I have learned, and how I have been transformed, by experiencing life.

I started writing poetry several years ago when I mistakenly put a diaper on backwards while babysitting my youngest grandchild!  The incident caused such doubled-over laughter from my daughter that I wrote a poem about the whole experience as a means of redeeming myself! NEW!  In January 2013, “If Love Is The Answer, What Is The Question?” was published as a poetry e-book on Amazon.com’s Kindle and Barnes & Noble’s Nook, about everyday struggles and the desire to grow spiritually, letting go of fear and choosing a path of love, and creating a world in which loving kindness is the norm.
